Yes — completely free. There are no sign-up fees, no subscription costs, and no payment details required. Just create an account and you're in.

Do I earn points on alcohol purchases? +

Alcoholic beverages are the only exclusion from the Reel Rewards programme. Points are earned on all ticket purchases and all other concession items including food, soft drinks, and snacks.

How does the birthday ticket work? +

We automatically add a complimentary ticket to your account at the start of your birthday month. It's valid for any standard screening at any of our cinemas during that month.

When do my points expire? +

Points remain active as long as your account has been used within the last 12 months. Any visit — even a single purchase — resets the expiry clock.

Can I combine Reel Rewards with a Reel Movie Club membership? +

Absolutely. Reel Movie Club members earn points on all eligible purchases too, and enjoy their monthly free ticket on top of the Reel Rewards birthday ticket.

How do I redeem my points? +

Points can be redeemed during checkout — online or at the box office. Your available balance is shown in the app and applied with a single tap.
